August 20th, 2025 – Sugar Land, TX – Mako Industries, through its Integral Oilfield Solutions (IOS) and GlobalTech Subsea (GTS) brands, has entered into an exclusive distribution agreement with Grupo Techocean Serviços Ltda., headquartered in Macaé, Brazil. Under the terms of the agreement, Techocean will represent and distribute IOS and GTS products and services in Brazil, Guyana, and other mutually agreed markets.
The partnership strengthens the regional availability of Mako’s specialized offshore and subsea solutions, including MUX connectors, PBOF (pressure-balanced, oil-filled) cables, pressure/temperature sensor packages for blowout preventers (BOPs), and related installation and service capabilities. IOS further expands this portfolio by providing turnkey hydraulic, instrumentation, and topside-mobility solutions.
