Fabrication and assembly services – Mako includes CNC plasma cutting, turning, bending, shearing, rolling, and machining. We manufacture to the tightest of fabricated tolerances possible in order to meet your requirements and ensure the integrity of the product. Our welders are all AWS certified, and our welding processes meet ASME Section VIII Division 1 and ABS standards.
Finishing services – Mako also provides finishing services both in-house or through trusted partners. These include machining, painting, coating, grinding, and polishing.
Inspection and quality assurance – We provide 100% dimensional inspections and can also provide additional quality assurance testing if needed.
